Some days back I remember I was working in my lawn, taking care of some stuff, mowing and doing other things; I did not paid attention to my wrong posture and it developed a back pain. As days went by it kept on getting worse and this one day when I bent down to pick the newspaper; my lower back just got seized, it hurt like heck at that moment.
